Eureka Springs Transit
Fixed-Route Service
The Red Route covers the Historic Loop, a 3.3 mile trek through one of the largest Historic Districts in Arkansas.
1. The Red Route Trolley will travel from the Transit & Welcome Center(#1) to the Planer Hill Park & Ride(#130) to the Downtown Trolley Depot(#66);
2. Then it will proceed through Downtown along Spring Street to Hillside Avenue;
3. By request only, it will travel down Hillside Street to the ES & NA Parking Lot and then back up Hillside to Spring Street;
4. From Hillside and Spring Street, the Red Route will continue to travel in a northerly direction toward Harmon Park;
5 At Harmon Park, the Red Route travels uphill along Ellis Grade to Prospect and to the Historic Crescent Hotel (#91)l;
6. From the Crescent Hotel, the Red Route will take you along the Upper Historic Loop traveling along Prospect, White Street, Mountain, Washington, Summit, Ojo and then Kings highway until you reach the intersection with Highway 62W;
7. Then the Red Route returns to the Transit & Welcome Center(#1) to start another run.
This route is approximately 3-1/3 miles long and, on average, will take about 20 minutes to travel.

The Blue Route covers the east side of town, making a loop in a counter-clockwise direction:
1. Starting at the Transit & Welcome Center (#1) the Blue Route will travel along Highway 62E to Highway 23S; Highway 23 South to Stop #12 will be by request only!
2. The Blue Route will continue east on Highway 62E as far as the Kettle Camp Ground (#34) turn-around, and, upon request, to the Alpen Dorf Motel.(#32)
3. From December through February, the Blue Route will cover the area described in #5 by request only;
4. At Passion Play Road, the Blue Route will turn right and travel along Passion Play road as far as the grounds of the Great Passion Play.(#38)
5. When leaving the Passion Play, the Blue Route will turn down Magnetic Road to North Main Street.
6. The Blue Route will turn north on North Main Street and will travel to the ESNA Railroad Depot (Stop #71)
8. Turning at the ESNA Railroad Depot, the Blue Route will travel south the Downtown Trolley Depot (Stop #66).
9. After Leaving the Downtown Trolley Depot, the Blue Route will turn south and travel to the Planer Hill Park & Ride(#130).
10. The Blue Route will then return to the Transit & Welcome Center(#1).
This route is approximately 8 miles long and on average will take about 25 minutes to travel.

The Yellow Route covers the east side of town, making a loop in a clockwise direction.
The Yellow Route will run from March 1st to December 2nd
1. Leaving the Transit & Welcome Center, the Yellow Route will travel to the Planer Hill Park & Ride Facility (#130).
2. The Yellow Route will turn north on North Main Street and stop at the Downtown Trolley Depot (#66).
3. After leaving the Downtown Trolley Depot, the Yellow will travel north to the ESNA Railroad Depot.
4. Leaving the ESNA Railroad Depot to the south and turn onto Magnetic Road continuing to the Passion Play(#38).
4. The Yellow Route will travel on Passion Play Road to Highway 62 and turn left.
5. The Yellow Route will turn into the parking lot at the Village at Pine Mountain (#53)
6. After leaving the Village at Pine Mountain, the Yellow Route will return to the Transit & Welcome Center(#1)
This route is approximately 7 miles long and on average will take about 25 minutes to travel.

On Saturdays from May through October, there will be Blue/Yellow route that will run from 12pm to 8pm. This route will cover Highway 62 be no service on Magnetic Road from 6pm to 8pm on Saturdays. |
The Purple Route travels along Highway 62W to the City Limits.
1. From the Transit & Welcome Center(#1), the Purple Route will head north on highway 23 - also known as Main Street - and travel to
the Downtown Trolley Depot(#66).
3. From the Downtown Trolley Depot(#66), the Purple route will go south to the Planer Hill Park & Ride Facility(#130)
4. From the Planer Hill Park & Ride(#130), the Purple Route will head west on Highway 62 as far at the Razorback gift shop and
Firetower(#115).
5. After a turn-around at the Razorback Gift Shop(#115), the Purple Route will return to the Transit & Welcome Center(#1).
FROM APRIL THROUGH OCTOBER, THE PURPLE ROUTE WILL CONTINUE PAST THE RAZORBACK TOWER TURNAROUND AND
PROCEED TO THORNCROWN CHAPEL(#110) & LAKE LEATHERWOOD CITY PARK (#113). THE TIMES DURING WHICH WE ARE
ABLE TO ENTER THE GROUNDS OF THORNCROWN CHAPEL WILL VARY SO PLEASE CHECK WITH YOUR DRIVER OR OTHER
TRANSIT EMPLOYEE.
This route is approximately 3 miles long and on average will take about 15 minutes to travel.
